Scaling SD footage to HD in Nuke.
I have some SD footage that I'm working on that I need to mix it with some HD footage. So I've scaled with pillar boxing to a 720 resolution. Now I came across this video where this person has apparently blown a SD footage to a 4k resolution and it still looks great. Apparently it was done in nuke. How do you get a result like this in nuke? I've been trying to look up ways on upscaling in nuke but I can't seem to find anything. I'm not that familiar with Nuke to begin with but from what I've tried now, I can't seem to find a way of doing this. Any suggestions on how to scale a footage to a higher resolution while getting results like this youtube video here:

you could try to use the TVIScale node in Nuke and see if you get reasonable results. It scales the image by a factor of 2 using an algorithm which tries to minimize noise and to preserve details and fine edges in the image. It usually gives a better result than up-ressing with a reformat does.

Donald does not seem to be in a hurry to enlight us about the step-by-step process, but here is an interesting thread about upscaling footage to 4K in Nuke:
