Finding good Max animators

could anyone suggest a forum or website where I could find good quality freelance animators?

I think you're in the right place, try and be specific though what you want.
Assuming you're talking about 3ds max ops'. Do you want Character animation, motion graphics or Arch Vis work.

Also is working remotely acceptable for you and also wants the pay package length of contract...etc.
