Emma and Teddy 2. Caught by trollish band of robbers, Malte von Wildenradt (2D)

Title: Emma and Teddy 2. Caught by trollish band of robbers
Name: Malte von Wildenradt
Country: Germany
Software: Photoshop

This is my second picture of Emma and Teddy. I am planning to make a children's book out of these two characters.
By random they entered the world of fairies while they played some children's game. And now they have to realize that it is quite difficult to find their way out of this world again. It seems like they have to go through a lot of wild adventures before they will finally find their way back home...

What do you think? Would you have liked to read/see it as a child? :-)

Painted in Photoshop CS5 on my Lifebook T902.

Nice picture, but the girl looks like she suffer from Anorexia (too skinny) & do not have any child-like quality in looks (or is she a child), not to mention the dress is short & looks torn.

Your illustration is nice, idea is good (I would not say really original) but sorry, I would not fancy to have my kids reading this book (base purely on the main character). For a book for grown up, no problem, but I would suggest you overhaul the main character if it is mean for kids to read.
