Water Cave for TV

This is an intro sequence for a tv show at my school. It is an outside project so it's been several months already. Will be doing the music and sound FX as well.

One problem is I'm getting that pesky Maya problem: subtle flickering on the statue and other supporting columns texture. I've raised the final gathering but no good. I'll probably just end up rendering a separate layer for those objects once I find the solution. Hope that render isn't long.
