Hand modelling

Respected members I am a student from india pursuing Bsc in multimedia and animation.
we are taught character modelling recently but no ver well.
I am getting a problem while modelling a hand

I am creating a cartoon character in which i have taken 8 loops from shoulder to wrist now m getting a problem while maintaining a proper mesh flow in hand. i want this character for animation any body please help me how can i maintain mesh flow in hand so it is perfect for animation as well as able to maintain quads.........
