Texture to inherit deformations from random effector

Hi guys,

I'm quite new to c4d and am having trouble with a texture. I have applied one to several objects which are grouped and effected by a random effector. Only the null object that contain s the group of objects has the texture tag. The texture tag is using a planar projection. The trouble is when the random effector distorts the mesh of the objects the uv mapping doesn't stick to the surface.

Is there any way to inherit the texture coordinates only from frame 1 (before the group of objects has been distorted)?

Thanks

Spencer

Right Click the Texture Tag on the Null and run "Copy Tags To Children".
Select all children and Right Click -> CINEMA 4D Tags -> Stick Texture.

Cheers
