Whats the Most Realistic Skin shader ?

Any realistic skin shader available yet for mental ray ?

The FastSSS seem not much realistic since it didt bear the realskin which have the Muscular and bone beneath it.

-Something realistic and friendly for animation rendering (Something like Leah in Diablo 3 Cinematic)

What shader you use doesn't really matter to be honest. What is far more important is the textures you have. A good colour map, a highly-detailed displacement map and an appropriate specular map will get you much further than some fancy multi-layered sss thing.

Yep, and the SSS shaders aren't going to magically know there's muscle and bone beneath the skin. Model it in or again, develop some detailed textures to help drive the density you desire.

I would try the SSS2 shader. It's enhanced by quite a bit and much simpler to use.

Also modeling the actual bones inside the flesh can greatly help towards more realistic results
