How to achieve this light rendering result in maya (mr)

... as seen in the image above by colorbleedstudio?
And if it`s possible I need it in a single render button hit as a separate render pass without recalculating whole scene again and again.

This appears to be a simple two-light setup. As such, you would need another render layer, not a render pass, to achieve this result.
