PFTrack object tracking

Hi there.

I'm kinda new to this software and haven't found a way to track an object if I got a survey information. The geometry track node doesn't provide me with exact result i'm looking for.

Let me explain in details. I've got a plate with moving object which has a markers on it. On the set i've took a pics of this object from different angles and then tracked those photos and obtained a wireframe where each vertex coresponds to every single marker on object. Then i've manualy tracked the objects' markers on footage.
my question is how can i tell the PFTrack that when i import a geometry (and by the way how can i import it not via geometry track node) that vertex point of my imported wireframe has a appropriate user 2D feature (wich i've tracked manually) and then solve it?

Thanks anyway for your time
