Production Rendering Techniques Course now on Lynda.com

Hey Gals & Guys of CG Talk,

I wanted to let you know that my tutorial series Production Rendering Techniques in CINEMA 4D is now available through the Lynda.com online training library. It's a 2h 21m introduction to many of Cinema's intermediate/advanced lighting and rendering features.

Major Topics Covered Include:
  • Physical Renderer
  • Global Illumination
  • Image Sweetening
  • Strategies for Speeding up Renders

While you do need a Lynda.com membership to watch the whole series, you can watch tutorials on HDRI, motion blur, and negative lights for free and without a login!

I also wanted to extend my sincere thanks to the C4D CG Talk community, as I've been able to glean a lot of great tips and techniques from this board over the years - many of which have found their way into this course.

If you have any feedback, I'd love to hear it as I want to provide resources that are truly helpful to the community.

I will check it out ASAP on my lynda.com account. I'm especially interested in speeding up render times. Thanks for making the training!

Great course, Donovan. We've been watching it up here in Carp between renders.

!

Awesome!
Thanks Donovan.
That Lynda.com is the best $25/mo I've ever spent.

Great series. Watched it yesterday and learned quite a bit, especially about GI and how to adjust the settings.
