Wacom tablet (Intuos 4) issues in Motion Builder 2013

I am having issues in motion Builder 2013 whereby the Wacom tablet input lags massively when I try to interact with a floating window (e.g. curve editor, dynamic editor, load scene, etc on either of my monitors (dual set-up)). This can be in the region of 10-15 seconds, so unusable. There have been various suggestions made in a previous thread relating to screen resolution support, but these do not solve my problem.

I am running a dual monitor set-up with 1920x1200 (widescreen monitor) and 1600x1200(regular monitor).

It works absolutely fine when navigating the viewport and working with any windows that are docked, but the moment they are floating they start massively lagging again.

Running Win 7, NVidea GTX 470, 12Gb RAM.
Wacom driver version 6.1.5-3, Mobu 2013 64-Bit.

Any ideas?

Just found this thread on Autodesk forum (after posting my own issue):

Changing the NVidea settings worked for me (note MoBu needed restarting for this to take effect), though auto-hiding the taskbar made no difference.
