How to save Lowest sculpting level without deforms when sculpting in highest levels?

Hello,

I am trying to save the first lowest level without deformation but everytime when I am sculpting in highest levels, on the first lowest level are deforms the mesh (see picture in blue region).
Have there any way to save the first lowest level without deformations and still do sculpting in highest levels? (see picture in green region)?

Well lowest subdivision level is just less polycount of the information of the highest subdivision level.
if you really dont want deformation you can try morph target on the first subdivision.

Morph target is good tool but for this task it's doesn't help, after the sculpt I need to split this mesh to parts.
So need to do the sculpt without deformation, after split to parts.
Thanks for feedback.

you can try sculptris pro in zbrush 2018
not all brushes work with it.
OR
you can turn off SMT and then divide it,
the SMT button is near the divide button.
turn off smt first before you divide.
