Actually/always workking on the retopoly I'm seeking advice from your guys, to know if my friend animator will get some issue about the rigging, regarding the wire below, especialy for the arms :

*The red shape show the orientation of the articulation!

Though overall a good model, it looks a bit overwhelmed. The texture doesn't show the form too well, but rather complicates perception even further with too many details. What I like are boots in this regard, they look just fine. Also colored BG distracts too much, try choosing more simple color. Simplicity with characters helps quite a lot. You can't have all details being so contrasty, you'd better have one accent.
I'd take a break for a month and then relook at it with fresh eyes. Avoid looking at it for this period.

Thx for your comments

Mister 3D > I love to put details every where and in fact at the end it's maybe too much ^^, I take note about the background and will follow this advice for the posing render.
However I did'nt understand what you tried to show me on the picture (color proposition?)!

Thanks again!!!

On picture I tried to show you how I would reduce the amount of details, be it even on texture by making more uniform some parts. You can change just the texture for it, but first try it with overpaint, if you want.
