LF Hard Edge High Poly tutorials

Hello. Can anyone plz point me out some good high poly hard body modeling tutorials. In what i could find most of the modeling was done as separate pieces. But what i want to learn is modeling some complex shapes as one piece. Like square objects with different round holes or round objects with square holes and different extrusions with supporting edges for subdividing. Links to finished objects which i can use as a reference are also appreciated.
Thx in advance.
