Which approach is better for modeling this rim?

Hi guys,
I'm going to model this rim and of course precisely to what you see in this image. Which modeling approach would be better and easier while it renders accurate result?
1) Using Rhino (Without T-splines help)
2) Using Rhino along with T-splines
3) Using Cinema 4D
Please discuss those approaches I mentioned because I have only C4D and Rhino, no other softwares. Note that my aim is firstly accuracy and secondly ease of use.
Thanks.

I think it depends on the precision you want to achieve depending on*https://www.autodesk.com/solutions/3d-modeling-software.
If it is VideoGames/3d Renderings Cinema 4D can do the trick. *(or your polygon modeller of choice, even zbrush that was considered just for organic modelling can create crazy 3d hard/mixed surface now).*
