Max 2010 and BB 2014

Will BB 2014 be able to submit jobs from Max 2010 ?

keep in mind that 2014 comes only in 64bit flavor and it supports no longer winXP!
i tried with 2011 and it works... would wonder if it wouldn't run with 2010.

Also keep in mind, being under subscription ...afaik ..that the AD eula only allows you to run 3 versions down at the same time with the latest version. That would be 2013,2012,2011. running also a 2010 version would leave you on unchartered territory. I tried it with the trial version. So i don't know what would happen with my 2010 version if i try to activate 2014. and don't know if it would be 100 % legal.... just afaik... may be i am wrong here.
perhaps some of the "big heads" could clearify.
