Create New from Polypaint problem

Hey guys, been playing around with texturing in Zbrush. I painted the texture using polypaint, and wanted to export them once I am done.

But I got a problem. Once I hit "create new from polypaint", most of my model turns black. Why is this so? My UVs are correct and have no distortion.

This is the problem that occurs.

How do I fix this? Thanks.

your first image shows the hole UI this is great
the second image you posed does not show the hole UI like the first, this is not so great.

but then again your model is all most ALL black but part of it is not, the reason why is your creating new from polypaint only on the active subtool and not all subtools.
open up tool>subtool and look and post a screen shot

tool>uv map press 4096
then
tool>texture map>create from polypaint
post a pic with the map pallet open.
you dont have the newest version of zbrush.

if you still have the same problem try the UV master plugin located in Zplugin
and try again
