My 3D animated short - What matters to you ?

This lil movie was my Submission for Vancouver Film School/YouTube Scholarship Competition for Digital Character Animation

After the premliminary round I was nominated for the final round but i wasn't able (cause of weekend and working time) to get the wanted notary sign under the documents so I was out. I very sad about it, nevertheless i want to show this little piece of animation to you. Hope you'll like it.

See what happends, when you go away but your homework comes alive.
My personal task was to create a story with personality, emotions etc without using mimic, arms and legs.

Modelling, Texturing, Animating done with 3D Studio Max. This and the Photographs, Music and everthing else is created by myself:
Benjamin Sterzenbach, Berlin, Germany

C&C are very welcome.

PS: and the link again =)

Really nice work. I like how you gave such distinct personalities to each individual piece of geometry from the page. Clever idea. Well done.
