Converting sub-d to nurbs for exporting into Rhino

Anyone knows which is the best way? It just has to be in the nurbs format for printing.

Are you sure it has to be in nurbs? All the printers and printing services I've used work just well with sub-d, as long as you've subdivided it enough.

That's what they say:
"Thank you very much for the drawing (the model). We try to open it by Solidworks earlier, but failed.
Could you please save the drawing in IGS or STP? It would be better if you can send us drawings separately for each part."

So they need it to be exported into those formats I guess. But th client says if I can make it NURBS, he can export it from Rhino into such formats. Maybe you can export it from usual mesh rather than NURBS?
