Latest Update: Final Image: Final image

I guess this is it. Getting a bit too busy with other things to mess with it any more. I just adjusted a few things with the levels and some contrast.

Thanks to everybody for the comments and congrats to everybody for participating with such imagination.

hmm..it double posted.

Hmmmmm, compositionally, I think the center one, top row, is the strongest. It really seems to convey her dominance, and it flows nicely as your eye is captured by her and drawn down the web to her little servant. I look forward to seeing where you go with the concept.

Concept Sketch: Another sketch

Just another sketch to try and get a better composition. I wasn't too sure about putting a bunch of spiderwebs(might be made out of a metallic material) in the composition just because they might clutter up things a bit too much. I'm also trying to get the humans in the sketch a lot larger than the previous sketches because otherwise they'd be just indications in the painting with no detail. I might do the tighter version of the black widow today where you can actually see the details.

Coloring WIP: human closeup...again

Wow...woke up this morning and that last image was way too dark. I guess that's what happens when you work on this stuff with all of the lights off in the middle of the night.

Background looks good! However, you maybe add lights on background..(The light comes from the sphere like on character) and maybe you should add more details on character ..

Good luck!

What a pretty image, the red ball is phenomenal. Hope to see more

Hey Wes-
Great start- I really like how you approached the rocks- the whole concept for having the moon framed by the canyon is an excellent idea. Even with E3 looming I hope you nail this!
