Algorithm for Jiggling Object?

Hi there!

I'm working on my M3 rig for realtime use, and want to implement the jiggling effect for bust.
But Maya native jiggle deformer is heavy and different in behaviour.

So I want to know the algorithm for the jiggling object (not skin) like spring model in Physics.
However I guess there must be a already known code for it even though I could'n find it well.
Anyone can assist me?
I want to implement it as a expression for bust controllers to move Physically according to the moment of breast joints.

Thanks in advance.

This might help - Hookes Law. I think this tutorial uses Java hybrid called processing but if you know python it shouldnt be too hard to follow.
