my latest personal work, another oriental character inspired by an Egyptian Hijab style, I used Zbrush for modeling, sculpting, and Texturing, and Used 3Ds Max for shading and rendering... then did some photoshop compositing
I may post some making of images soon

The modeling is superb, however, the textures & shader can be much much improve.

It seems the shirt & bag do not have a texture at all, with just a color apply on a blinn or phong shader. The skin is much better than the shirt & bag, but still feel plasticy.

Not a big deal, while I do not think it is really necessary to have a CG background, but the grey background you have is now is rather weak. Even a simple gradient map background would be a big improvement.

nice modeling. the details are great. the legs posing is very-very good. but both arms are weak. the left arm is absolutely '3d graphical'. the right hand is too 'dynamic' when whole pose is static.
ps. i comment this work as an animator, and not as a modeler.
