Studio lighting

Hi,
It's easier to use pre configured setups, for example hdri maps . For beginners I suggest to use hdri maps. http://stockhdri.com/ like this Here you can see what I'm talking about. If somebody want's to learn how to create a real studio lighting, he should learn studio photography first.
