Joan of Arc tutorial(TOPOLOGY)

I modeled soo many objects and characters of low level quality.I came to understanding that topology is crucial for creating organic models.I tend to create anime characters but to create something like that you still need the understanding of human topology.
Anyway,as the title says I started working on Joan of Arc(just head) to learn more about topology.I watched 1 video on topology and you can see on the image my progress. It's a flat object, plane.I plan on finishing front before moving verts on side view.Soo I ask you, expert modelers what do you think about, any improvments?
Plane itself is all quads as you can see if you look carefully.I am going for full quad model.

I personally don't like that pole across the symmetry line between the eyes and eyebrows because its at the line of symmetry you can terminate those edges more cleanly.

I fixed that.I didnt notice the pole there, thanks for pointing it out.
New image with bigger reseolution soo people can see all little details which matter.
