Thumbs up Nice work

I never thought it could be a 3D image when click over thumbnail in frontpage. It is a refreshing change from all people trying to be photorealistic. Very nice style, however it can be readed better in wireframe, maybe a slight adjustment in shadows will make the book more recognizable, and please put both knees on floor. That´s all, excellent piece. A+++

Thumbs up

Great work.

It has inspired me to look at the .PSD export in Lightwave, and then using DFX+ to apply the filters.

Thanks for sharing, it is a very nice look!

neat

the 2d post effect is top notch, and it actually holds up even better in animation than in the still, which is an exceeding rarity. the animation itself is really nice too, i love how the different textures swim across eachother, very clever and stylish. the character animation itself is pretty decent too,

all that being said, i _hate_ the character design and i think the animation direction is very boringly realistic given such a cool 2d effect.

so its sort of love hate. some awesome work but it is good enough to make me care that it could be so much better and i'm being very frank in my crit because clearly you are a talented artist and i think you can take it.
