Question 3DS Max v-ray problem (revit imported)

I am having following issue when i render with v-ray render in 3ds max 2012 64 bit with file imported from Revit via FBX import-export.

If i disable the GI it renders fine this happens only when i enable GI On.

1. Right click >>>Vray scene converter >>. convert all to VR
2. try to avoid LC as secondary bounces, go to QMC or IRR only as primary, but higher setings or PHOTON MAP

Probably you have DOUBLE FACES which is very common problem, when imnporting from Revit or ArchiCAD, so go yo EDIT POLY mode, and check on sub-mode for double faces, simple, delete ones and check if something is left!

for those areas with blue dirt...

Unforunatly, there is no "option" for that. You have to select problematic shape, and then in EDITABLE POLY mode to select, so called "double faces".
....
try to find some basic edit poly lessons in 3DS MAX, that;s whole science, anyway.

Oh,, Thanks a lot for help .. I found that my Window glass material was causing trouble somehow.. but you photon map tips were really helpful..
