Question Boujou tracking marks on a greenscreen

(I've posted this on other forums to get more answers, I hope isn't against rules or something)
Excuse my grammar, english isn't my main language.

What's the correct way to track in boujou when I've setup colored marks (unsure where to put them, I'm experimenting, kinda got the idea) on a greenscreen?, I just did "Track Features" but as usually it will track everything it finds good outside of a polygon mask.

So how do I tell Boujou what do I want to exactly track? (again, to track the marks I setup on the Greenscreen).

I just used the "Add Locators" and "Add Target Tracks" options (not sure what are they both for) and then did "Track Features" but seems that this doesn't work like that.

Sorry for the late answer. I used Boujou once or twice, years ago.
If i recall the process is add target tracks (7 or more),select them all,
go to 2d tasks- target tracking controls-track forwards(and
backwards if needed) then proceed to 3d tasks- solve
camera without any autotracking involved.
