Hello people I started learning animation in 3ds max and I am working on a fight scene. Please leave your suggestions on what I have so far. Here's the current progress :

Maybe absorb more it their weight when dropping down from a jump. Have his hips go down, then up right away.

This is a good start to the shot, but i think you should go back and re-think the camera position/moves why does it cut off their feet in some places and show it in others? and why does the ground plane disappear in some places? try and keep things consistent.
Also most of the punches and kicks feel very soft so you should try and put more body and shoulder weight behind them. You could also play with the spacing of the punches for extra pop.

Keep up the hard work.

Fixed some camera issues, spacing of the kicks and punches. Here's an update:

The camera looks heaps better, except for the part where the blue guy grabs the red guys leg, why does the camera need to move? Actually why does the camera need to move at all in this shot?
The punches still feel kind of weighless and they dont really have much of an effect on the character that is receiving them.
