Poly shading problem

Hi, i am modelling some tanks for one project and on my fourth tank, after deleting some edges on hull object, recently polys started to shade very strange, and I dont know if it will have affect in Unreal engine, or can I fix it somehow ? I think its some kinf of problem witk Nitrous renderer, I have GeForce 560 Ti and didnt notice this problem yet in 2 months of moddeling in 3DS max 2013
(Smoothing groups also has no affect on it)

Can someone help me please ?

I found one solution, attaching and detaching to another object helped, but maybe is there any better solution ?

Does it look the same when saving and reloading the file? If it does it might be something to do with bad normals, and if not, probably a redraw issue. Have you mirrored this side of the model using the mirror tool, not the mirror modifier or symmetry?

I've had quite a lot of display issues with Nitrous.

It has used symetry once, and the problem was after reloading max too, but attaching and detatching fixed that at all.

It's just a weird display bug, it doesn't actually do anything other than look weird in the viewport.
