[opinion] Guildhall @ SMU

Overrated? Underrated?

Does it live up to the fact that it was designed by game developers?

Do industry members like seeing people from guildhall?

-Opinion on the Guildhall-

Do the SMU Guildhall's students who desire to be game artists go through traditional art and design classes like life drawing, character and environment design classes, and traditional 2d animation classes?

My understanding is that while it's strongly recommended, it's not a strict requirement.

Also from what I was told: Guildhall is intended for graduates and is not a "complete school" a la DigiPen or it's kin. Again this isn't a strict requirement.
