peeling effect


how i can create this effect

when the car change the peeling material

the effect found here in the Tyson ibele artist

i wont some help to do the same it

You've got two options. One way is the free way. By using the 3DSMAX cloth modifier. It's actually
really good....Setting up separate panels of the car and running cloth simulation using the tearing feature. You can check out Joe Gunn's webpage for a tutorial where he tears a maya flag! lol.

Here is an example I did a little bit ago using the cloth technique.

Or you can go the pflow box 2 and 3 direction. Where you use particles with glue bindings that break with force or deflectors. And adding a particle skinner modifier to tear the mesh. This one is a bit harder to setup in my opinion. I know a few others have done the effect your talking as well. Example here:
