Rag Doll

Hello all you generous souls,
I am needing a rag doll set up with the basic "Figure" mannequin thing.
I've found tutorials on how to build one, but am not getting anywhere.
I need this for a personal project and I need it now. No money involved.
Anyone care to gift me a ready to drop rag doll rig?

Thanks

This is animated almost entirely procedurally.
Hint: The only traditional keyframes are for two quick foot movements at the beginning. The rest is "weather".
