Facial Rigging in 3Ds Max with CAT?

My understanding of Max and exposure to its interface is largely through the tutorial videos of Lynda.com, since YouTube videos are of abysmal quality.

My understanding is that there is a way to rig models in Max 2012/13 without having to use CAT, but the Lynda tutorial series on rigging that I watched strictly focused on rigging with CAT without including any facial animation.

Another 3Ds Max tutorial shows how to animation a pre-rigged model without at all explaining how to rig the darn thing.

In lieu of jumping off a cliff or running to Maya, is there a quality tutorial 3Ds Max'ers recommend I read for understanding how to rig models in Max?

This guy created an excellent tutorial for rigging with CAT that focuses on rigging for games, also it has process of facial rigging included.

Also i recommend Digital Tutors series on "Character Rigging for production in 3ds Max" if you want to learn rigging with bones. GL

Thanks so much for the feedback and links. Btw, did Grack ever post those tutorials he mentioned he was going to?
