Caustic Visualizer for Maya2012

Caustic Visualizer was just released for Maya2012.
As a long time Maya user, I have been hoping for a preview system like this for many years.
This is an incredible production tool. For me, it actually makes it fun to light again.
I'm proud to say I helped create this product. This is the Beta5 release.
Downloads are free from here.
https://support.caustic.com/downloads

Some of the key features:
-works directly in a Maya viewport
-supports complex hypershade networks with the base Maya materials as well as MentalRay materials
-multi-bounce reflections and refractions
-area lights as well as ray traced soft shadows from point and spot lights
-image based lighting
-Maya color management settings are used directly in the viewport
-its free

Included with the download is a README file with a more complete description of the supported features. Forum user suggestions are driving the progress of new releases. I can say this because I'm one of the developers. Your feedback would be very appreciated.

Nice to hear from you Rob. Join the forum and give us your opinions. We want to know user's priorities for unimplemented features. This is an opportunity for the Maya community to direct the progress of the plugin. Excuse my enthusiasm, but in my opinion the Caustic Visualizer is the best free Maya plugin for lighters ever. The Beta5 version can already reduce production time and it will get better with your help.
