Constraints And Local Rotation Axis

Hello everyone,

I am having a lot of problems setting up constraints in motionbuilder that only affect an objects local rotation axis.

Specifically I want to use a character's animated hands to drive a steering wheel. I have come close by using a Parent/Child constraint by unclicking all the Constraint Axises except Z Rotation. My problem is this is for the World axis and not the objects
local axis. I have looked into the Relation Constraint. I know how to just effect the local z rotation here but I'm unclear how I would set up something similar to a Parent/Child constraint or Rigid body constraint in Relations constraints.

There is a bug in the constraints and you will need to use relations.
