Let me chime in with a heart-felt QFA.
This would not seem to be a really valid topic for the CGSociety
(but this is not meant as a criticism of the CGSociety, BTW)
and different answers only will confuse matters more.
Seek professional help! There is absolutely NO shame in that!

here in the USA they dope u up. That's professional- the irony- those very meds make your anxiety even worse when you withdraw from them

hey, this is totally normal! nothing strange about it.. i can't stand showing anything i do as i am hyper-critical and know it is no where near as original or professional as many others.

most of my works are in the attic, which i personally considered garbage. over the years though, i have gone up there and pulled a few out that haven't been destroyed by heat and have learned to appreciate them for what they "were" and not what they could or should have been. I think my lithographic plates are still up there lol.

a good technique here too is to not destroy what you've created, but just put it away... i don't recommend stuffing them in the attic, unless you want nature to take its' course. perhaps under the bed in a box or something... out of sight, out of mind kind of thing.

that way you don't feel bad later about yourself because you've wrecked something.

Not to mention the anxiety of sitting in a doctor's office or getting the bill for anything your insurance doesn't cover, if you even have health insurance. Medical professionals make me the most anxious of all.

Maybe you should move to Colorado or Seattle. I hear the brownies out there are really relaxing.

I'm always fighting insurance companies for semantics. The doc billed it one way and the insurance covers it under another description. The best is when you are told everything is covered and then you find out a specific room wasn't covered. I recently got my ass sued off for $4500 and now pay monthly or get garnished wages. I paid an attorney $500 to represent me and got what I paid for. If I wanted to win or get it lowered, I would have been on the hook with the attorney for $4k. The insurance covered $20k. I had to make up the 20% even after paying $1500 per month! I fought and won most of the others. If I was unemployed, had lower wages or not a citizen, I would have been fine. I make just enough money to be held accountable for the everyone else.

F* professional help. It's just recycled crap fed from a college. Just eat right and manage your lifestyle and stress (including finding appropriate stress relief). Of course, if your bleeding everywhere and need to be put back together, the medical help is real handy and convenient

I'll reiterate the advice someone else posted. There's no better fit for it than the above crass statement.
