Vray + Maya + Matte Shadow Problem

Hi folks,
for first, I aint sure if Im posting this thread to right section.

Im new to Vray and Im learning general techniques and so far I went to this:
Im tryin to use MtlWrapper as MatteShadow material to catch SHADOWS only, generally Im rendering a vehicle with backplate HDRI and imagePlane. I followed few tutorials on the internet for MtlWrapper but Im still having problem that the ground is not transparent, it acts like some semi-transparent glass with shadows, making the surface underneath a little bit darker than on the original image, check an image below:
