How to modeling with pose, precisely ?

Can you help me on how to modeling a character who is indulge, I mean like pose. Do I have to learn in order to advance rigging character models I have made with reference images can I move? Please give me advice and knowledge, because I could be a professional thanks to you guys, thank you.

I mean as shown below

If you're going to animate the characters then you need a skeleton and rig, of course you can also use this to pose the character for promotional stills. If you're just going to be creating a still image(1 frame), then you can pose the character in your 3d app with soft selection and the sculpt geometry tool. Zbrush uses the transpose tool. If you have a strong grasp for anatomy and form/shape, then you could just model the character in the pose you want.
