You have a good sense of color, and your composition is strong, but the perspective overall is wrong, and needs to be corrected. Your biggest issue is anatomy and textures. The anatomy of the figure is to be honestly clumsy, and you should study the human body more, to accurately draw and render shape, volume, and pose. I would rethink the pose, it feels awkward and not credible. Your textures are also in need of some work, you have high levels of detail and then other areas that are almost flat color - you need to have the same level of detail over the entire painting, not just in interesting spots. You also need to light the scene more realistically.

It's a good start. Don't rush to be "pro", art is a lifetime commitment, and you need to put in the study and practice. You are on the way, but keep your focus on the fundamentals right now, like anatomy, lighting, pose, composition, and rendering.
