The Ishim river

This is an architectural fantasy from "My Astana" Series. Astana is the capital of Kazakhstan. I do this series for the competition specially.

Thumbs up

Wow, I really like this one. One of the few with a good architectual design combined with a landscape design. I hope to see more!

The work that has gone into this piece, is fantastic. the painterly landscape is breath taking

..the unsuspended building is a fantastic concept. though aesthetically it seems a little flat.

It could do with a little bit of environmental lighting, right underneath by the lightsourcing..your landscape has such gorgeous lighting that your building feels underdone in this regard..

still an unreal looking image.

great work

LightSovereign!

Thanks for your comment! I think I'll agree with you, building isn't ideal, but I try to strive for it!

Very nice! The composition leads the viewer throught quite well and keeps the eyes moving - nice strong lines.

The background is very detailed, but subtle/ambiguous - a nice choice. I also agree that the drifting snow across the roadway is a nice touch.

Nice work!
