Tron Light Cycle - WIP

I have spent the last six months fine-tuning this down to the tiniest of details. Finally it's ready to be revealed! I know that none of you are going to believe me, but this is actually the first 3D model I have created.

Please note that this is far from completion. I still need to finish texturing and I have a few more minor things to add (ie: foot pegs). Also I need to finish rigging and figure out how to set the model up for rezzing effects. The lit rings around the wheels are part of said effects and will not be visible under most circumstances.

Let me know what you all think!

As far as renders shoiw I can see nothing wrong with the modeling. Clean and simple. Can you show us wireframe? Also - what software do you use for modeling this?

I do not know the model and I have never watched Tron. So I don`t know how much detailing it would/should be.

My advise is to render it in studio. It will be better for you and for us to see all details, and to comment more. And imho studio renders are much cooler

Amazing bit of work. Did you have blue prints to work from.
I modeled my own not long after tron legacy came out but I feel there is a lot wrong with it.

I worked mostly from a top and side view reference that are based on a movie poster and the original concept art. However, the only blueprints I could find were fan-made, and weren't very accurate. I ended up having to model it based on references gathered by going through the movie frame by frame...needless to say, it was a pain :P
