Help in my demo reel intro animation

Hello Everybody!

A finished a basic course in animation, however I'm trying to develop a simple demo reel.
The intro of this demo reel there is a Charlie Chaplin "making the presentation", and before I proceed with it I would like to receive some feedback or critique to improve it.

Could you please help me with it? (See below)

There's an error loading the file. Also, I'm not sure about others, but I for one would be more comfortable with YouTube links rather than something directly linked to the end user.

It looks decent. In my opinion, you need more "intermediary" movements (I'm sure there's a real technical term for it). There are too many pauses where the character is perfectly still. For example, when the 3rd finger is raised 11 seconds in. The hand is perfectly still, making it look a bit unrealistic.

Some of the actions look very floaty, make sure everything is ether easing in or easing out.
