Seems my Camera enters the transmat volume and the fog is not visible, anyone know how to resolve this?

Also, was there every a solution to get a ALPHA out of a render using the parti Volume and a black hole shader on geo?

did you enable "auto volume" in render globals?
"No, the movement is good, it just has to travel faster from spot A to spot B in the same amount of time."

Not sure what your shot setup is, but the "volume" doesn't need to be a true volume.
I have just used a plane parented to the camera just at the edge of my near clipping plane and then place a giant plane at the back of the shot. That was the setup that I was shown back in the day, and it has worked well for me.
Maybe things have advanced (or regressed) a bit.
If you are entering a smaller contained volume, then maybe the auto volume will do the trick, hope so. If not, maybe you could do a single frame take over from outside your contained volume to the plane parent setup I suggested when you are inside.
Hope that helps.
