3ds Max 13 problem with Nitrous and OpenGL

Hi, I am currently using 3ds Max 13 Student Version 64bit running on a Alienware X51 and a GTX 555 graphics card.

In default it runs with Nitrous but all the view ports just turn out blank and I can not get anything to show.

I've managed to get the views back by changing the driver to OpenGL, but when I try running scripts, I need to change back to Nitrous.

Changing to DirectX doesn't work as it causes the whole program to crash.

Does anyone have a solution?

-Not sure if this is supposed to be posted here or in the hardware section. Will remove and post it there if so.
