move bip sequence to higher (later) frames

I have a timeframe of 3400 frames, I am importing a .bip walk sequence that is only 300 frames. What could I do to move the 300 walking frames to the middle of my 3400 frames rather than at the beginning?

You can use Mixer for that.

Select every node in the bip and slide the key frames in either the track view or mini track view at the bottom of the screen.
