Slow motion flag with clothhilde

I am making a slow-motion flag using clothhilde.
So the idea was to render the flag at say 100fps, then re-interpret these frames back to 25fps in After effects to get the slow motion with smooth movement.
The trouble is that clothhilde seems to calculate its sim per frame and not per second so changing the frame rate changes nothing - the same increments in the movement of the flag regardless of the frame rate.

This is on C4D R11. don't know if that makes a difference to this.

Any ideas on how to work around this?

Forces > Global Drag will help there, I'm not sure if it's called that in R11. Used it here with different settings between left and right.

PointCache it and slow it down with the "Scale" parameter in the
PointCache Tag.

Ah music to my ears! Thankyou Brasco and tcastudios!

Both useful tricks for this job. Global drag for different looks, Point Cache for perfect slow mo.

I do mostly stills so point cache is new for me. love it. I found Tim Clapham's tut to help me figure it out...
