Man, figure, color and proportions

Well im not used to draw men, so i been trying to draw some male scketches, i went a little bit to color one of them so i decided to post it here so you can give me some advice about, well everything.... Im studing the basics to improve but i still very far yet i think some advice can get me faster. By the way i draw this by "formula" i dindt use a reference cause all scketches i did where with reference, so wanted to check if i learn something from them.

Did you use proper references? You have odd anatomy/figure problems here because you haven't study them enough, and by not using proper references, it only amplifies all the problems.
