Spline IK issues in 3ds Max 2017

Bones with Spline IK does not conform to splines on certain wide radius curves.
Has anyone encountered the same problem? I would appreciate any tips regarding this matter.

Voted and thanks for pointing that out.

I've fixed the inaccuracy by using Spline IK and path constraining all the point helpers to a spline.
