The Falling Girl, Bianca Draghici (2D)

Title: The Falling Girl
Name: Bianca Draghici
Country: Sweden
Software: Photoshop

I've got inspired for this image after I've read a short novel with this name written by Dino Buzzati. I wanted to be like an illustration to the text, but while working on it I've added some new elements, hope you'll like it.

hey bianca

i really like this piece..colours / textures and brush strokes are all great.. the only thing is her
left foot seems to be in a strange position, its a bit distracting.

thanks

Hi, thanks for the appreciation and feedback. Yes, the left foot looks a bit weird, it was suppose to be closer to the mech and the other one taking off, I've fixed it later by adding some depth between them. Maybe I'll exaggerate the perspective, too. I'll check if I can update the image here.
All the best.

At first when I looked at this earlier this week I saw something totally else, interesting. lol maybe I should read the title more often.
Anyway, I like it has a nice composition.

hehe. I saw a guy (character) standing there with a helmet and her leg was an arm of the guy that I saw to me, it is interesting how the mind can interpret something totally different as I didn't read the title I kept going over the piece and looking for what kind of message you were making with your piece.
... I guess staring myself blind is a good expression in this particular case.

Hey Bearfoot,
I've made some small adjustments, I've added a bit of depth and toned down the highlight on the left foot, unfortunately I can't replace this image with the new one, but if you want to see it, here is a link: http://biaconcept.com/wp-content/up...13/03/site2.jpg.
It's not much, but well, it's always room for better - next time Thanks!

Hey Whom,
That sounds trippy ). It's true that is a weird pose and a bit hard to read, I like to try out strange angles of view. Glad it was fun .
