Ink n paint lighting

any tips on getting some good shading when lighting something with an ink n paint in 3ds max

i keep lighting my model but i cant see the cool cartoon style shadows really

i have to be lighting this wrong, i want me some harsh shadows so i can clearly see the cartoonyness

It looks like you have your gamma set incorrectly, causing you to not notice that there is a separate 3DS Max forum
